"My buying experience with Granny's was truly a pleasure. From the second I walked in the door, Brad made it his personal mission to help me find and get the perfect sportbike. Being as this was my first streetbike, he dealt with two weeks of me constantly bugging him with incessant questions and phone calls and never missed a beat. Matt in the parts and accessories department spent nearly two hours helping me choose the right jacket and helmet, and his knowledge and expertise of these items is rather impressive. "I own a 2005 Yamaha FZ1. It has run bad since I purchased it used in May of 2007. I have been to three other dealership service departments to have it repaired. Two of the times I had been satisfied with the results. I had no idea the potential of my motorcycle. A couple days ago I decided to ride for an hour to try the Granny's Motorsports service department. I picked up my bike yesterday October 1st. Gene in the service department was very knowledgeable of what service was being performed, he was always courteous and kept me informed of the status and completion date of my bike. With no unforeseen mechanical problems, my bike was ready on time. When I picked it up and rode it, I don’t know what to say. It’s a new motorcycle! I’ve been getting ripped off at the other places. I had no idea of the power my bike possessed. It idles great, runs great and rides like a dream. I was thinking of selling it and giving up riding all together. I’ve changed my mind. I’m keeping my all-new 2005 FZ1 and I’m going to ride it as often as I can. I know one thing for sure, when it’s time for a scheduled service or if I run into any problems I know exactly where I’m going to get it fixed. I’m going to make the 50 mile trip to Granny’s. It’s well worth the time and gas. I can’t thank the service department enough for their work. I’m going for a ride. I’ll see you at my 8000 mile check-up. Ride Safe!"
